A Suzhou-based contract manufacturer.Tooling, molding, stamping, and CNC turning — under one roof.
We build the tools, run the presses, machine the parts, and validate them on a 3D CMM — all in one facility, on one shift schedule, against one set of drawings.

Tooling, stamping, turning, and metrology each run dedicated equipment on the same floor — so a part moves from cut steel to a measured first article without leaving the building.

Tooling & Mold Making
A 100-plus-person tool shop producing 50–70 production molds a month — injection, insert/over-mold, 2K, gas-assist, structural-foam, and stack tools, all designed and cut in-house.
- CNC machining centers
- EDM & wire-EDM (WEDM)
- CNC milling, grinding & polishing
- Mold-flow, hot-runner & DFM analysis

Metal Stamping
A 34-press progressive-die line from 10T to 250T running coil stock at volume for automotive and electronics components.
- GTX / JF21 / JZ21 press lines
- SN1 & JH21 presses (10T–250T)
- In-house progressive dies
- Automated coil feed

Precision CNC Turning
Swiss-type and CNC lathes turning Ø0.3–50 mm shafts up to 2,000 mm long, holding ±0.005 mm on the diameter.
- Star Swiss-type lathes
- CNC & automatic lathes
- Bar-fed multi-axis turning
- In-line dimensional gauging

Quality Metrology
A climate-controlled lab with two 3D CMMs, multi-sensor video, optical and contact gauging — inline on every batch.
- 3D CMM ×2 (CE-450AV)
- SmartScope multi-sensor video
- Profile projectors
- Hardness & height gauges
